Free iPhones Wireless LLC is a Lifeline-authorized telecommunications provider based in Columbus, Ohio. We help eligible Americans apply for free or discounted smartphones and monthly mobile service through the federally funded Lifeline Assistance Program.

We are not affiliated with the U.S. government but are approved to distribute devices and service under FCC guidelines.

2. Eligibility for Services

To qualify for a free device and mobile service, users must:

  • Be a U.S. resident residing in a Lifeline-supported state
  • Meet income-based criteria or participate in qualifying government programs such as:
    • SNAP (Food Stamps)
    • Medicaid
    • SSI, WIC, Pell Grants
    • Veterans Pension
    • Tribal Assistance programs

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when applying, including government-issued ID, address verification, and program participation proof.

False or misleading applications may result in immediate disqualification and possible investigation under Lifeline fraud guidelines.

3. No Guarantees of Approval

Approval is handled by government-backed verification systems (e.g., USAC’s National Verifier). We do not guarantee approval, shipping times, or device model availability.

4. Device & Service Terms

Depending on availability, users may receive:

  • A 100% free device (e.g., iPhone 7, 8)
  • A discounted device (e.g., iPhone 11, 13, or 14)
  • Equivalent Android phones if iPhones are unavailable

Devices are tested, SIM-ready, and may be certified refurbished. Devices are shipped within 7–10 business days after approval.

We are not responsible for carrier outages, misuse, or loss/theft post-delivery.

5. User Responsibilities
